Location is perfect, just a few minutes from Times Square and Central Park. The elevators are incredibly slow, causing long waits. Room was clean and had a mini-fridge and microwave, which was really convenient.

Loved the comfy beds, the spacious room, and the excellent bathroom/shower situation with good quality towels and toiletries. The staff were super friendly and sorted out any issues swiftly. The location was spot on for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Breakfast was top-notch, with a great selection and service with a smile. Only downside was the slow lifts - patience needed there!.

It was truly an excellent stay in February 2020, the hotel met every demand. The staff were superbly friendly and our room was cozy with a terrace and 2 queen size beds, for instance.

All in all everything was really good, had an enjoyable stay on holidays. We truly enjoyed a gorgeous restaurant with an Irish menu.

Found everything I needed - food, business facilities, and entertainment within walking distance. Enjoyed the sea bass and the cozy lobby. Late check-out was a bonus. The fitness center was handy, but I preferred exploring the nearby European-style cafes. WiFi was reliable, and the leafy art added a nice touch of color. Grabbed a bite at the steakhouse and soaked in the bustling atmosphere of Fifth Avenue. A well-rounded stay with a touch of indulgence. A true Irish at heart, I lingered at the quaint cafes like an afternoon in Dublin.

Small hotel with friendly service and unbeatable location close enough to eateries close by as well as Times Square. The room was adequate and cozy. All in all everything was very good, even so we had not very clean bathroom. The stay itself was good, the staff was fabulous and available.

The views from my room at Hilton Garden Inn were surprisingly charming, offering a unique perspective of the city with glimpses of the alley and the bustling activity below, including a quaint water tower and construction debris netting. The 24-hour gym was a convenient amenity, and the friendly staff made my stay particularly enjoyable, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The 2 Queen bed room was not ideal for our group of 3 adults, as there was inadequate storage for our clothes and the pillows were a bit flat.

Having to pay for laundry service

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn New York Central Park South-Midtown West was a convenient stopover during my trip, as it's located only 15 km away from LaGuardia Airport. The hotel's close proximity to the B, D, and E underground lines at the 7th Avenue station made it easy for me to travel around the city and access transportation options.

This inconsistency in room availability caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family and me.

The room was exceptionally clean and perfectly sized, equipped with a fridge and microwave which was great for us as we got caught up in storm Jonas and stuck in the room for a while. The coffee machine, fridge, and microwave oven safe were very convenient and made our stay comfortable.

The check-in process was disorganized and inconvenient. Our room had been given away despite providing our flight arrival information, resulting in a hassle of having to switch rooms the next day, impacting our plans for the day.

I really didn't like anything to say, the location was great.

The location is fantastic. Right next to Broadway, 10 minutes on foot to the heart of Times Square, the other way around as close to Central Park, and many other iconic points. The hotel service is wonderful. The beds are comfortable.

The room was dark, and there were not enough lamps and lighting to illuminate it comfortably. The heating was terribly noisy and not very powerful. To take a shower in hot water you had to let off 5 minutes of icy water and wait for it to heat up. There is no brush to clean it next to the toilet. There were three lifts, one of which was often broken. It was hard to get into the elevator and sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes until one of them arrives, which is tiring when you live on one of the upper floors. Breakfast is expensive and not good - very modest choice, no vegetables or fruit. Only fat, bread and sugar, if you can describe it that way (which is maybe and normal in American hotels, but as for me, drama). This was not a problem, as there are hundreds of restaurants in the area serving better and much cheaper breakfast.

The staff, especially the bell men, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was super handy. The relaxation opportunities at the hotel were top-notch, providing a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The only downside was the slow elevators, but with a bit of patience, it didn't spoil the overall great experience. 🌟

The hotel's location near Times Square was the only highlight. The room was disappointingly small with uncomfortable beds. The cleanliness was questionable, and customer service was poor - overcharged and unresponsive. Slow elevators, broken coffee maker, and lacking bathroom amenities were additional letdowns. However, the walk-in shower and spacious lobby were appreciated. The queues for lifts were frustrating, but the location was ideal for exploring the city. Staff were friendly, and the room size and fridge were positives.

My recent business trip at Hilton Garden was made more enjoyable by the well-equipped 24-hour gym available to guests. With a variety of weight and cardio machines, as well as free weights, I was able to maintain my fitness routine throughout my stay, which was greatly appreciated.

Small room for 3 and 4 stars. Had booked a room with 2 beds for 3 people and first night only one bed available. Room changed the next day. No friendly entrance hall. small when you come in.

The rooms are nice, it's pretty clean, it's expensive but worth it for the location and amenities it has.

Not all the staff is so kind and effective (as I had read in comments before going), the hotel has 31 floors and 3 elevators for everyone, you have to be patient.

The room was so cozy and had a homey vibe that made it really relaxing. As a bike rider, I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and mini-refrigerator to store my post-ride snacks. The comfy bed and 40-inch LED TV were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I wished there were more power outlets for charging my gadgets.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden for a leisure trip with my family. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway. The hotel even helped us arrange a private van to the airport. a great stay.

My wife and I stayed in a King Room on the 30th floor for 9 nights. The view was breathtaking, especially for those not accustomed to city settings like this. The staff, from cleaning to reception and doormen, were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having a fridge and coffee maker in the room was a convenient touch for quick snacks and breakfasts. The hotel's location, just a few minutes away from multiple Subway stations, made exploring the city a breeze. Considering the prices in midtown, Hilton Garden Inn Central Park South offered great value.

The dining experience at the hotel's steakhouse was a delightful surprise. The seafood was so buttery and melt-in-your-mouth delicious; it made me feel like I was on a culinary adventure through the sea. The Chilean sea bass, salmon, and yellowfin tuna were truly exceptional.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or problems that we had.

There were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We stayed at Garden Inn for 3 nights and it was fantastic. the location was the biggest highlight for us as it was walking distance from many tourist attractions and the underground. We had a delightful stay at Hilton Garden. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the theater district, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, and Central Park. the AC was incredibly effective, which was a relief during the hot and humid August weekend. Our room had a wonderful view of the city and the rate was very good for Manhattan. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the coffee in the foyer every morning. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and delis within a block or two of the hotel, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated co-working space within the hotel.

The location was straight fire, just a few steps away from Rockefeller Center and all the dope shops. We also hit up Radio City Music Hall and it was off the hook! The staff was chill and the room had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. It was the bomb!

The only thing that would've made our stay even better would be if the hotel had a sick rooftop party spot for us young party animals to turn up and keep the vibes going. But other than that, it was totally dope!
